Aircond care

Aircond care

Nexarmo provides assessment, installation and servicing of air-conditioning systems. Unit condition, access, proposed work and price are agreed before the service; repair outcomes and additional parts depend on the actual diagnosis.

Open air-conditioning unit prepared for a detailed service

Start with the unit, the reported concern and the access arrangements. A cleaning visit, fault investigation and a new installation are different scopes. Describe the equipment and its setting so the proposal can identify the appropriate task, practical preparation and what needs separate agreement.

Cleaning and maintenance

Service tasks defined around the unit type and condition. Cleaning method, access and any protective measures are agreed for the visit.

Explain odour, deposits or reduced airflow in the enquiry. The appropriate cleaning method follows the unit and condition, rather than assuming the same treatment is suitable for every system.

Fault assessment and repair

Investigation of reported cooling, drainage, electrical or noise concerns. Proposed repairs and parts are discussed after assessment rather than presumed from a symptom.

Report the symptom and when it occurs without assuming a refrigerant refill is the answer. A diagnosis, proposed parts and the resulting repair scope need to be discussed separately.

Installation planning

A unit and location considered together, including pipe route, drainage, access and electrical requirements. The installation scope requires an actual assessment.

Describe the room use, proposed unit location and outdoor access. Equipment selection, piping, drainage and electrical arrangements need assessment and an agreed scope before an installation is confirmed.

Commercial care

Service planning for equipment used in workplaces and shared spaces. Operating hours, access limits and interruption needs are discussed before scheduling.

Describe the working environment, equipment count and times when the units can be reached. Access, operational interruption and any building requirements should be agreed before a commercial service visit is confirmed.

Know the scope before you decide.

Weak cooling, water leakage and unusual noise can have different causes. We discuss the symptoms and installation conditions before deciding on the assessment. A cleaning visit and a repair are different scopes, and neither should be treated as a guaranteed solution to every problem.

Note whether cooling changes over time, water appears at a particular location or noise occurs only during startup. The pattern helps explain the request, but it does not replace an assessment of the equipment.
