Before the visit

A useful brief starts with the symptoms.

Note whether cooling changes over time, water appears at a particular location or noise occurs only during startup. The pattern helps explain the request, but it does not replace an assessment of the equipment.

Calm living space with a discreet wall-mounted aircond

Choose around your actual needs.

Prepare access around the indoor and outdoor units. Tell us about height, enclosed balconies, building access rules and electrical concerns before arranging the visit. Do not attempt unsafe access yourself.

For an installation, discuss room use and the proposed location before choosing equipment. Capacity, placement, drainage and electrical requirements need to be considered together. Avoid treating a single room-size estimate as a complete specification.

The next conversation

Provide the type, number of units and the problem you have noticed. Mention when it occurs and any recent service or changes to the installation.

Nexarmo provides assessment, installation and servicing of air-conditioning systems. Unit condition, access, proposed work and price are agreed before the service; repair outcomes and additional parts depend on the actual diagnosis.

Discuss your aircond

Record when the issue happens and whether it affects one unit or several. Describe changes in airflow, temperature, sound or visible water without trying to name the failed component. Model information and the recent service history can help frame the enquiry. Do not assume that every cooling problem calls for the same cleaning method or refrigerant work.

Before a visit, explain the route to the outdoor equipment and any restrictions imposed by the building. Access that is simple from inside a room may be different at the condenser. Agree responsibility for approvals and access where relevant; a general service description does not establish permission to work in every location or at every height.
